Anyone who knows me knows how much I love a list. Lists help me to empty my brain out so I can focus on doing the things on it, they make me feel more productive and they help to calm me down on a busy day. I think that's why I also love a PR plan, because essentially it is just a glorified list, just with lots of extra detail.

I was thrilled to see that there is some scientific support for the power of lists. It turns out the humble list could be the key to success, money, positive vibes, and focus, as well as simply getting sh*t done.
